Worked most of his life in management training, coaching and consulting, with a focus on business administration, leadership, project management and professional skills. As Vice President of a leading Dutch business school he worked with The Wharton School (Philadelphia), Insead (France), Eada (Spain), Lifim (Finland) and others. Started his own company in 2003 and took over NIOW Management Training in 2006. Acts as a chairman of non executive boards of a few Dutch companies & institutions. Honorary Consul of the Business Administration Foundation in The Netherlands. Founded the Cadence GSP (Benelux) in 2006, a Cadence branch office in Sweden in 2010 and is expanding Cadence to other European countries like Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, France, Germany and the UK.
John Kempeneers, MBA, PMP, is a professional interim, change and project manager, with experience in different fields, mainly IT, for over 25 years. He is an excellent communicator, an entrepreneur and he is very result driven. He has been responsible for the design and implementation of a Shared Service Centre, reorganizations(s), SAP implementations; strategic orientation of Business Units/production plants. His broad experience goes from project management to functional management. He is capable of translating strategic plans into practical realization by means of projects. He is an excellent coach with a strong focus on human aspects.
Vrisou Vrisou van Eck, MSc, PMP, is senior project manager, trainer and coach. He received his MSc degree in business administration from the Delft University of Technology. Vrisou performed in various project roles in the shipbuilding and steel industry before entering the IT-sector where he got most of his field experience in project management. First at CAP Gemini and later as an independent consultant. He works both in The Netherlands and in Spain. As an instructor he is a specialist in Project and Portfolio Management. He has been training many hundreds of senior project managers, as well as newcomers in the field. His main focus is on project consulting, auditing and reviewing of multidisciplinary projects and on individual coaching of project managers. Vrisou finished an extensive book (in Dutch) on all aspects of the art and science of project management (2007).
René Rijns, MSc, is a senior consultant, project manager and coach. He received his MSc degree in public administration from the Twente University. René holds a long experience both with project management in private and public organizations, including management positions in business development and IT. René has repeatedly demonstrated success in people and project management, product development and facilities management. As an instructor he got a wide experience in training, specifically in the project management area. As a professional interim, change and project manager he has been responsible for: design and implementation of reorganizations(s), SAP implementation; strategic re-orientation of Business Units. René is now living in Sweden and acts as the managing director of the Cadence branch office in Sweden.
Ing. Jim Boelhouwer, PMP is an experienced senior business consultant and senior project manager. Main field of expertise is the development and implementation of applications & processes. Further experience with general management and IT service management. As a project manager Jim was responsible for implementing ERP systems and Payroll systems. He has managed the introduction of new telecom services and managed migration of access gateway exchanges. For several organizations Jim managed implementations of SAN network solutions. As operational manager he did the transition of operating a mobile network. Jim is solution focused. He has a good feel for the structure and culture of organizations. Is able to translate business to technical solutions and vice versa. Jim has experience within the areas of telecom, healthcare, insurance and industry.
John Patton, PMP, founded Cadence in 1983. From the outset, it was John’s vision to be the premier provider of project management training, consulting services, and support tools.
